ASH FLOORING
BEAUTIFUL FLOOR MADE OF ASH BOARDS

Ash flooring is valued for its beautiful appearance. Boards in an attractive wood design become the decorative character of the floor, and are the perfect background for highlighting furniture. They are ideal both in new homes and in apartments undergoing renovation – natural wood is truly universal, and fits in 6 well with the embellishments characteristic of old buildings.

A great advantage of an ash floorboard is that it does not attract dust. That is why an ash floor is a great choice for allergy sufferers. In addition, the unique structure of the Barlinek board means the floor is resistant to changes in humidity and temperature. An ash board can be mounted on piped or electric-floor heating systems. Which makes it pleasant to walk on – even barefoot!

THE ENGINEERED WOOD ASH FLOORING STRUCTURE

The ash floorboard from Barlinek has a unique structure which ensures its high dimensional stability and durability. Each board consists of three layers of cross-laminated wood. The top layer is made of beautiful, carefully selected, ash finished with varnish or oil. Underneath it there are two layers of cross-arranged coniferous wood.

It is worth noting that the ash floor is easy to instal. There are BARCLICK® joints on the longer walls of the ash boards, and 5Gc-Click mechanisms on the shorter ones. This system allows very-efficient installation. Barlinek’s range also includes baseboards for the ash floor.

The ash floor should normally be dry cleaned. Vacuuming is the best way to care for it. More-serious dirt can be removed from the ash boards with a cloth slightly moistened with water.
